Polls

Ask your users a quick question and see the results live

Polls ask your users one question with a set of options, like "Which integration should we build next?". Open Polls in the sidebar and click Create Poll.

Create a poll

  • Question: what you're asking (also the poll's title).
  • Description (optional): extra context.
  • Options: between 2 and 20 answers.

Publish, close and reopen

A poll starts as a Draft, which you can still edit. Publish it to put it on your public board; after that it can't be edited. Close a poll to stop accepting votes, and Reopen it any time. Deleting a poll deletes its responses too.

Where users vote

Polls appear in the Polls tab of your public board. Users sign in to vote unless anonymous voting is on, and each person votes once. Turn the tab off with Enable Polls in Settings → Board.

Polls aren't shown in the widget.

Results

Each poll's page shows the total responses and votes, a bar for each option with its share (the leader highlighted), and Respondents: who voted and what they picked.

Polls are unlimited on every plan.
