Integrations

Open Integrations in the sidebar to connect your tools. Each card shows whether it's Enabled, needs setup (Action Required), is Paused, or isn't connected yet. Open one to set it up, pause it with its switch, or Disconnect it (anything already sent to the other tool stays there).

Most integrations do their work through automation rules: each integration's page lists the rules that use it, under Automations.

Communication

Slack

Click Connect to Slack, approve the app, and pick a Notification Channel.

• New changelog posts are announced automatically.
• Feedback and comments are posted by rules: start with the Post new feedback to Slack or Announce shipped feedback templates.
• Send to Scout (Pro): use the Slack message shortcut to turn any Slack message into feedback.

Discord

Click Add to Discord and choose your channels:

• Feedback Channel: where rules post feedback. Pick a forum channel to get one thread per post.
• Changelog Channel: new changelog posts are announced automatically.

App Store and Google Play (Pro)

Pick your app and region. fdback.io's AI checks new reviews and imports the ones that contain real feedback. Choose how often to check (hourly, daily or weekly) and a minimum star rating, or click Fetch reviews now.

Project management (Pro)

Connect with your account, then pick where issues go. Issues and tasks are created by automation rules, for example the Send bug reports to Jira template, or a Create Jira issue action on any rule.

Jira

Click Connect to Jira and choose your Atlassian Site, Target Project and Issue Type.

• When feedback is marked complete, its linked issue moves to Done.
• With Sync completion from Jira on (the default), an issue reaching Done in Jira completes the feedback and notifies its voters.
• Jira changes can also start rules: Jira issue is linked, Jira issue status changes and Jira issue is completed.

Linear

Click Connect to Linear and choose a Target Team and, optionally, a Project. When feedback is marked complete, its linked issue moves to your team's completed state.

Asana

Click Connect to Asana and choose a Target Project. When feedback is marked complete, its linked task is completed too.

Developer tools

Webhooks

Enter a Webhook URL (and an optional description) and click Create Webhook. Each request is signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the x-webhook-signature header so you can verify it came from fdback.io. Use Send Test Event to check your endpoint, and Regenerate signing secret if the secret leaks.

Rules can also call any URL with the Send webhook action.

Zapier

Connect fdback.io to thousands of apps. Zapier signs in with a live API key, so it needs a plan with API access (Pro).

• Triggers: new post, new comment, post completed, post status changed, new changelog
• Actions: create post, update post, ship post, create comment, vote on post, and find post

Building your own

For deeper integrations, use the REST API or connect AI tools through the MCP server. Both use API keys from Settings → API keys (Pro).
