Import from another tool
You can import from Featurebase, Canny, UserVoice, Nolt and Frill, using a CSV export from that tool.
Export from your old tool
Download your posts as a CSV file from your current tool.
Upload the file
Pick the tool you're coming from and drop in the CSV. A preview shows how many posts, authors, post types, statuses and tags will be imported.
Choose your options
- Create missing post types and Create missing statuses that don't exist in your workspace yet
- Preserve original dates
- Preserve vote counts
- Import users as members
Each post keeps its title, content, date, type (from its board in the old tool), status, tags, author and a link to the original. Vote counts are kept as numbers, not as individual votes, and comments aren't imported.
Export your data
Download everything in your workspace as JSON or as CSV files: posts, comments, votes, tags and types, statuses, members and roles, changelogs, polls, settings, and your most recent activity.
